About the Workplace Wellness Hub

At the Workplace Wellness Hub, we believe a truly safe workplace goes beyond physical safety—it encompasses the mental, emotional, and social wellbeing of every employee. That’s why we’ve created the ‘Hub’, an interactive online program designed to empower WHS and People Leaders to foster a positive, thriving workplace culture.

Our heart-centered approach goes beyond ticking boxes or chasing statistics—it’s about supporting people and creating an environment where your team feels engaged, energized, and valued. We offer a holistic approach to wellness, with topics ranging from mental health and psychosocial safety to nutrition, movement, and personal development.

Officially launching in March 2026, the Hub provides the tools, knowledge, and support needed to foster a healthier, more engaged, and productive workforce.

Not Just Another EAP Service

The Workplace Wellness Hub has been created with Business Leaders in mind. Our mission is to equip you with the tools you need to support yourself as you navigate the everyday complexities of being a people manager. In order to show up for others, you first need to feel seen, heard, and supported yourself. This creates a ripple effect, allowing you to lead from a place of alignment and act from a regulated nervous system. Through the teachings and support provided by the Hub’s experts and the community, you’ll be empowered to achieve the best possible wellness outcomes for you and your team.

The Workplace Wellness Hub is created with business leaders in mind. Our mission is to equip you with the tools to support yourself, enabling you to lead from a place of alignment and act from a regulated nervous system. By engaging with the Hub’s experts and community, you’ll be empowered to achieve the best wellness outcomes for you and your team.

What does a month in the ‘Hub’ look like?

1. Bespoke Training for People Leaders
Each month, leaders are trained in a new wellness topic, which they will roll out to staff the following month. These sessions, led by experts, provide a solid foundation for delivering and supporting the monthly content.

2. Expert-Led Workshop for All Staff
An expert-led, all-staff webinar provides in-depth knowledge on the monthly topic, reinforcing leaders’ efforts and boosting staff engagement.

3. Community Implementation Call
After initial training, leaders will connect to discuss challenges, share ideas, and consult with the expert on implementation. This is a great networking opportunity.

4. Additional Resources & Support
Each month comes with co-brandable resources and tools, along with access to evergreen content in the Hub for self-paced exploration.

5. Online Community Discussion Forum
Leaders can connect with others, share ideas, celebrate wins, and grow their network in a supportive community.

Getting Started – The Process

Before committing to the Hub, you can book a free discovery call with Brearna, who will guide you through the ins and outs of the program and answer any specific questions you may have.

Once you’re ready to join this incredible community of leaders pioneering the workplace wellness space, we’ll conduct an in-depth onboarding and orientation session. This allows Brearna and the team to gain a full understanding of your business outputs, cultural concerns, and key areas of interest.

During this session, we’ll also give you and your team a tour of the Hub. During your first few weeks in the program, we focus on alignment and self-check-ins, encouraging all staff to pause and reflect on how they’re doing. This provides a benchmark to track engagement and happiness throughout the program.

After that, the program kicks off, and you’ll receive regular weekly training and resources via the Hub. Check-in calls are always welcome!
