What to Expect Working at Hayden

We’re like family—some of us literally, but seriously, we have a great close-knit team that we try really hard to nurture and support in any way we can.

We are constantly checking in with our crew, providing opportunities for upskilling and are always trying to make improvements to the office, structures and workflows to ensure that coming to work feels great! And next year we will be launching a Wellbeing Program, and all of our staff will, of course, be given a front row seat to all of the content and expert led sessions.

Who We’re Looking For

Our business ebbs and flows with our clients’ needs, so we’re seeking people who can sprint when it’s busy and float when things are calm. Empathy is one of our core values, so having genuine compassion for others is a must.
