Stephanie brought Hayden HS to life when she identified a need for occupational testing while still running her former business, Hayden Recruitment. Since noticing this gap ten years ago, Steph has worked tirelessly, juggling multiple roles within the business and continually upskilling in all areas of Occupational Health and Safety.
Steph has a unique ability to balance empathy with a passion for getting things done quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining high levels of care and attention. She’s the one who will remember your kids’ names and birthdays, as well as the testing you had done eight years ago. Steph will move mountains to ensure your needs are not only met but exceeded every time.
Steph’s background in recruitment, motivational speaking, and entrepreneurial endeavours has blended perfectly in creating the business success that is Hayden Health & Safety today.
